TRANSLATION:
Hence, there is nothing for Us to give and there is no way for you to take it and go anywhere else.
What exists, anywhere, ever,
Is only the expanse of Consciousness.
As, according to your teachings,
There is nothing apart anywhere,
There is no scope for you to instruct something
And for Us to learn it lovingly.
What a wonder this is, revered one!
COMMENTARY:
O ocean of compassion! Merciful Lord!
For the sake of verbal expression,
We are uttering all this, but it is not true. Suppose, We make over a gift for this act of grace. Where will you go after receiving it? O Lord! There is no separate entity like We, you, the gift or a place that you can reach after receiving the gift. Where is time and space in this state?
There is no name and form apart from Us! Like the sky which pervades everywhere, We, you and everything exist as that One, O Lord!
O Our guru ever immersed in bliss!
Henceforth, what will you instruct Us? Do We exist as a separate entity to listen to your teaching? You do not have any separate existence and action. Likewise, We do not
have any individual existence or action. How can We explain this through words? Where is the illumined intellect to grasp it? There is
nothing apart from That. There is nothing apart from Us either!
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
