TRANSLATION:
Erasing the lowly ideas of the
body being the Self,
By listening and other practices,
And filled with the sublime
understanding of Brahmam-Self,
And later relinquishing even that knowledge
And thus, attaining unimaginable, undivided Knowledge of the Self,
Rid of bondages like doership and such,
Enjoying unsurpassed Bliss,
We have also become one
liberated while yet alive.
COMMENTARY:
Our Lord! Ocean of compassion! Benevolent being! Sadguru, the ocean! O Lord, We cannot anymore behold you separately as Sri Sadguru or look upon Ourself separately as a good disciple with names and forms. O Lord, in this state, one cannot see the polaristic acts of respect or lack of respect and unorthodox act or act of insult towards the Guru!
Three Karmas, three qualities, three desires and three impurities of mind, which had
afflicted Us due to Our unawareness, have left Us, like the turmeric stain which vanishes in the sunlight. Lord of Lords! Therefore, the gross bodies resulting out of Karma-s, the world-stage in which they play their roles, the illusory power which activates everything, the Trinity of gods behind the illusion, and the names and forms do not exist at all.
In this state, the Brahmam, the eternal One, which is attributeless and all-pervading is
not seen through Our gross senses, but intuitively realized by Us. We realize that We are That, and you are also That!
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
