Verse: 110

TRANSLITERATION:

karuNaiyinâl aruLiya nin upakârattil
kaimmaru iv ulakil engkumillai
guruparanê umatupaya pâta ippôtaikku
kuritta Tiyên anantavita vaNangkal ceyvôm
parivu Tanê vaNangkutalum upacâram tân
paramârtta tacaiyiloru vaNangka luNTô?
caruvamumê Brahmamallâl paramârttattil
carrumoru bêtamumê illaiyanrô!

TRANSLATION:

There is no recompense.
For this help of yours rendered in compassion.
Supreme Guru! Our humble self would offer
Endless variety of obeisance to your pair of Holy Feet.
But even obeisance is more of a courtesy.
Is there any obeisance in the domain of the ultimate Truth?
All is Brahmam in the ultimate Truth,
And no difference of any kind exists.

COMMENTARY:

Due to your boundless torrents of compassion, We have attained the Cosmic mind. There is no way we can repay your benevolence. The least We can do is to wash your sacred feet with Our tears. It will be merely a trifle even if We wear out Our body until it dies in your service as sandals for your holy feet. But to perform this service, does Our mind exist?
What can we do? We prostrate at your holy feet in all humility and reverence. From this
supreme plane of Non-duality, even this turns out to be only an external gesture denoting
duality. Therefore, prostration cannot be done as we two have become one.

                YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
