TRANSLATION:
The state of changeless abidance in yourself
Is the pure, supreme liberation.
Tossing like the wave, without abidance in oneself, Alone is bondage.
If looked into deeply, other than yourself,
the one Existence,
There is not an iota of any cause for change.
Hence, blessed one! You should ever abide
In yourself by yourself.
COMMENTARY:
Liberation means abiding in yourself as your-Self as 'We are That' without any movement of the mind. Deluded by ignorance, just as the ocean is whirled up by its waves, you are tossed about by thought-waves in the mind that names and forms are separate from you. This kind of thought about your identity creates bondage. Nothing exists apart from you in all places. Oh, One without a second (who is ever in solitude)! Abide as the bliss of the Self, at all moments in yourself as your-Self, full of bliss!
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
