TRANSLATION:

Just as the Self, which is one without a second in deep sleep,
Appears as mind and others in dream
By the power (Maya) present in It,
The Supreme Brahmam, which is one,
By the power inherent in It
Becomes like thought
And appears in the changing
state of interactions
As the forms of all the world, individual souls and the other worlds.

COMMENTARY:

Self-effulgent Self, which is present in deep sleep, creates the waking and dream states
through Its illusory power and the mind. This mind claims the waking and dream states as
true. Thus, the Self enacts the play on Itself. This same self-effulgent Self appears as world, Jiva-s and deities through the medium of fickle thoughts, words and actions. Truly, there is no such creation. Clearly understand that 'All is One; That We are; We are That!'

                  YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
