TRANSLITERATION:

cêttiyamây cerivurra tôrram yâvum

cinmâtramâna para Civamê enrum

vêttiyamôre aNuvumillâ Civam nâm enrum

vêrarra nâm anta Civamê enrum

câttiyamâm bâvanaiyâl akaNTa bôtam

cârntatanâl camcâra pâcam nîngki

nêttiramâm paramaciva abinna mâna

ninatânma mâttiramây nilaittu nirpây.

TRANSLATION:

All appearances that seem sentient

Are but the Supreme Sivam, which is Consciousness alone.

We are, indeed, Sivam which has

nothing in the least to learn.

We are, indeed, that Sivam which has nothing apart.

By attaining the undivided Realization through such a practicable Bhava,

And being rid of the bondage of

the birth and death cycle,

Abide as the apex,

Your Self alone, not different

from the Supreme Sivam.

COMMENTARY:

All the things we see, hear, touch, eat, speak and smell are not separate from us! Pure

Sivam, the embodiment of Knowledge, Brahmam, which is the causal force of perception, is not apart from us. Attain this firm conviction, the attitude of the Undivided bliss, and destroy the obsession, 'We are subject to birth and death!'

                YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
