Verse: 89

TRANSLITERATION:

acañcalamây ânmâvil amarntu nirpây.

TRANSLATION:

The world, the individual souls
and the other worlds,
Not a trace of which existed before the projections of the mind arose,
And not a trace of which will exist after those projections of the mind subside,
And which seem to have a gross existence
Though appearing in between
Due to the projections of the mind,
When thoroughly inquired into,
are realized to not exist at all.
Thus, negate all else and abide
changelessly in the Self.

COMMENTARY:

There is no evidence of existence of this world before the appearance of thoughts or after the disappearance of thoughts (thoughts arise, exist for a while and subside). Therefore, conclude that the world does not exist in the absolute sense, but We, the eternal Truth ever exist. Therefore, abide in your natural state, 'We are That; That We are', firmly.

                 YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
