cinmayamâm nâm enrum Civamê enru

TRANSLATION:

As the mind arises in Us, filled with Consciousness,
Abides in Us, filled with
Consciousness,
And subsides in Us, filled with Consciousness,
There is nothing of the mind apart from Us, filled with Consciousness.
As there is no mind apart from Us, filled with Consciousness,
There is nothing else that exists apart from Us, full of Consciousness.
We, ourself, filled with Consciousness,
We are Sivam.
Contemplating thus, contemplating thus, become yourself Sivam.

COMMENTARY:

There is no existence of the mind other than Us, Consciousness, since

i) The mind arises in Us, Pure Consciousness,
ii) The mind plays in Us, Pure Consciousness, and
iii) The mind subsides in Us, Pure Consciousness.

Since there is no mind apart from Consciousness, which is Our natural state, there is nothing apart from Us, Consciousness! With the conviction that We are filled with Consciousness, and We are ever the pure Sivam, reflect repeatedly: 'We are That and That We are' and become Sivam.

                 YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
