TRANSLITERATION:

epporuLum engkênum irukku mâkil

ivvitamây itu vuLatu ena iyambalvêNTum

cirporuLê anri oru poruLum enrum

ciritumillâ tanmaiyinâl iyambutarkingku

arpavumê iTamillai âtalâlê

akaNTa para Brahma vaTivu âna emmil

corporuLôr aNuvum illai enreppôtum

cummâvê iruntu mika cânta nâvây

TRANSLATION:

If something subsists somewhere,

Its nature has to be described.

Nothing ever exists in the least except Consciousness alone,

And, therefore, there arises no trace

Of possibility of describing it.

There is nothing to describe in Us,

Of the nature of the undivided

Supreme Brahmam.

Ever be in such Silence and

be steeped in serenity.

COMMENTARY:

If a thing has existence, it must have an identity of a particular attribute and location,

but the objects of the world constantly undergoing change and disappearance have no (absolute) existence at all.

Since Chit alone is appearing as Chitta, there is nothing apart from Chit, which is our Self.

As we (Sadguru and disciple) pervade all the universes as the Self, names and forms are

required only for the purpose of expression, but in reality, these are false.

Therefore, remain immersed in absolute Silence without any movement of the mind with the certitude:

‘We are That and That We are!’

                   YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
