Verse: 33

nirantaramây bâvanaiyil manatu ninrâl
niccalamây akaNTapara jnânam uNTây
tirintalaiyum manatinu Taiya vikarpamâka
terikinra bêtamellâm uTanê tîrum!
terinti Tum ipbêtamellâm tîrum maTTum
tiruciyamây terivatellâm paramê enrum
poruntiya ap para Brahmam nâmê enrum
pûraNamây eppôtum tiyânam ceyvây!

If the mind is established
ever in such conviction
(as mentioned in the above verse)*,
The changeless, undivided Knowledge
of the Supreme will result,
And the differences that are erroneously
seen in the wandering mind
Will immediately cease.
Until these differences that
appear cease to exist,
Always fully meditate
That all that is seen is the Supreme
And that Supreme Brahmam* is,
indeed, ourself.

If the mind is trained to remain still in the certitude of the Self as mentioned in the
previous verse, the defects, faults and other qualities of the restlessly wandering mind will subside gradually and disappear ultimately. Until the pairs of opposites completely disappear from the mind, meditate unceasingly like the continuous flow of oil with the attitude: Whatever we see or hear is our Self, the form of Brahmam. By practising thus, you will attain supreme perfection.

                YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
