If it is not possible to have the
meditation that We are Brahmam*
Because of want of concentration
of the wandering mind,
Even if you always utter aloud,
'We are Brahmam*, We are Brahmam*,
We are all*,
We are the changeless Supreme,
We are* the Supreme',
By such righteous action, the wandering mind, which never is steady,
Will gradually steady itself
In this unwavering conviction.
Even if you cannot contemplate with conviction on the nature of the Self: 'We are That; That We are', due to fickleness of the mind, devoid of one-pointedness, you can
contemplate and repeat orally: 'We are Brahmam; We are Brahmam; Brahmam is We', at all times. By following this practice of the Dharma of attaining the Self, your wandering mind will be stilled. This is true.
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
