Casting afar thoughts of the world
and the like,
Meditate that all is Brahmam*.
Casting afar the thoughts that
We are the body*,
Ever meditate that We are Brahmam*.
If you ever meditate tirelessly that all is Brahmam and That is ourself,*
All the delusion that We are* different,
And all this, such as the world, is different,
Will be removed for all time.
Give up seeing the world as names and forms, for they are false. Meditate that everything is Brahmam, and We are that Brahmam! Give up the thought that we (Sadguru and disciple) are the body (made of faeces)! Meditate on your true state:
'We are That; That We are!' If you constantly meditate: 'Everything is Brahmam, That is beneficent, That is bliss', like the continuous flow of oil, then the biased opinion: 'We are different from the body and the world' will vanish and you will abide as That!
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
