By steadfastly contemplating
That all that is seen as men and demi-gods* And beasts and birds and as various other creatures and mountains and forests*
Is only the seeming appearance of the divine form of the God of gods,
And only by the subtle mind suffused with Sattwa Guna"
Overriding the other two (Rajas and Tamas, respectively agitation and inertia)",
Can the perfectly full nature of the Supreme Sivam" be perceived -
Not by any other means.
One can experience God only in a Sattwic frame of mind, viz. of peace, calmness and one pointedness, and by:
i) Forgetting the names and forms of creation like human beings of this world, living beings of upper worlds, animals, birds, reptiles, aquatic creatures and invisible creatures (microbes),
ii) Giving up the evil qualities of Kali Age,
iii) Realizing that the Lord alone pervades everywhere and permeates everything, and everything is the form of the Lord.
It is not possible to see Him through scholarly learning, lessons or any other spiritual practices.
YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
