The Spontaneous Experience of the Self as Brahmam | Verse - 13

Verse: 13

cittamena oru porul ingku uLLatenru ciritênum cintittal u Tanê cittê
cittamatây tônriyiTum atuvė jiva
jaga paramây tônruvatal tunbam uNTâm
puttiranê! âtalinal cittam enrör
porul onrum illai ellam cittê enrum
ittiramâm urutiyinál cittam tannai
eLitaka jeyittenrum inbam cârvây.

If we think for a moment that
there is such a thing as thought,
Consciousness Itself will appear as thought.
'That' Itself will appear as the world and Jiva-s and the other worlds".
There will be misery arising out of it.
'That' Itself will appear as the world and Jiva-s and the other worlds".
Hence, son! Conquer thought easily
By the certitude that there is
no such thing as thought
And all is Consciousness,
And thereby attain Bliss.

When Chitta, or mind-stuff, is experienced, be aware of the fact that the Self, or Chit, alone is acting as Chitta. This mind-stuff, projecting its imagination, appears as the world, Jiva-s and deities and is playing with itself. That is why, happiness and sorrow arise. Our favourite child! We assure you that there is no such thing as mind-stuff.

                 YOU ARE EVERYTHING!
