The Spontaneous Experience of the Self as Brahmam | Verse - 10

Verse: 10

Being without idea
is being Undivided.
Being without ideas
is to be sunk in stillness.
Being without ideas
is real Knowledge.
Being without ideas
is liberation*.
Being without ideas
is to be in the natural state (Sahaja).
Being without ideas
is to be Brahmam*.
Being without ideas
is to be Sivam*.
Ideas exist not – not a trace of them.
Indeed, all is Brahmam*.

First of all, we must focus the mind on the single thought: ‘Everything is One; We are That; That We are’. Later, let us withdraw this thought into the depth of our heart and then let it dissolve and merge in the Self and then abide in the thought-free state. Abiding in the thought-free state is undivided bliss. Abiding in the thought-free state is meditation. Abiding in the thought-free state is non-dual Knowledge. Abiding in the thought-free state is Jivan Mukti (Liberation). Abiding in the thought-free state is the spontaneous experience of Reality. Abiding in the thought-free state is the state of Brahmam. Abiding in the thought-free state is pure Sivam. Abiding in the thought-free state is realizing Brahmam in all and everywhere.

                     You Are Everything!
